Sharon, that was beautiful. Thank you so much for having me.
I'm just so excited to share with my audience an overview of the Girl Power Alliance membership and what you have gotten out of that. let's dive into the questions.
For sure.
So what initially attracted you to GPA?
Yeah. So this was about, this was during COVID actually. back in 2020 and that's when I was. With my sister we had a rise to your purpose program and podcast and devotional. we were also, connecting into other Christian women groups, because that was who we served.
Michelle Schaefer, who's the founder of GPA actually all started with her just asking, does anyone else here do faith in business? at the time, I don't know if anybody watching was in the online space or, really involved in social media, but It was kind of hard to find other women who were kingdom driven and business and were bridging faith and business together.
And so that was a really huge on my heart and kind of conviction of like, Of why my sister and I even started our purpose partner community and everything that we did. I immediately raised my hand and got on a phone call with Michelle and she shared with me the vision of GPA of bringing together a collective of women in this alliance, right?
This community of women where there's no competition in the kingdom and to help women to, to develop and rise as leaders. in their area of influence where God is calling them and be equipped in their calling through Christ centered resources. And she had had a vision that, there was about to be a massive shift in the church and the body of Christ women were going to help be the catalyst of that.
And I just remember having like, Holy spirit chills. And I knew I wanted to be a part of that. I'm in whatever you're going to be creating, you know, we definitely want to be a part of it. So I immediately, as soon as the membership launched, I became a member, a coach contributor.
And not too long after I ended up also going through the radiant leadership Academy. but it was her story and her vision and just what the Lord had placed on her heart and how in alignment it was with mine is why I was like, okay, we're going to link arms.
I don't know what it's going to look like, but I'm excited to see what the Lord has.
Yes. I just absolutely adore this community. I feel like it is just where God wants me to be. It is just so aligned. So speaking of the radiant leadership academy, can you tell us a little bit about your experience there?
And also the, you are a radiant life coach. And you, I know are going to be taking the kingdom speaker Academy. So if you could give us a little bit of information about those programs, I would really appreciate it.
Yeah. So, I mean, one of the things that's really amazing about GPA is we offer so many ways for women to come here and get involved.
So it really is kind of a plug and play and there's on demand resources. There's live coaching calls, there's certification programs. So I didn't come into GPA with the intent of, let me become this, Certified coach or certified speaker, but it's really just, I think the development that happens here. And as you're intentional and as you're, you know, just letting the Lord lead, he's going to bring up desires or, you know, show you,
Show you different paths to take. And so it's been evolving, right. Cause now it's been about four years that I've been kind of on this journey. And so the leadership Academy though was huge. I took it at the time, the very first time I took it was. Because one, I wanted to build my business. I knew, like you said, I'm a teacher as well.
So I was teaching in the classroom. I was helping lead Bible studies and groups and things through church. I was also leading in the online space and through business. I had a team, I had clients. And so I knew that if I was going to continue leading others, I needed to continue up leveling.
Like I, you know, when you're trying to do everything on your own, it's a lot of work and it's a lot of time and the money and effort. I didn't really have a lot of leverage. And so I knew that I though wanted to continue to have mentorship. So. RLA, I was attracted to the fact that it was leadership, that it was biblical based on biblical principles and went in though thinking like, okay, I'm going to use this to just continue to grow myself.
But what I found is just how profound it was with just how it impacted every area of my life. I mean, We all have things going on behind the scenes that most people don't always see or know about. And the Lord was just working and like pruning things and just revealing more of his character to me.
My spiritual growth just like grew so much. My understanding of him and who he was, my identity in Christ became so much stronger. I'm really just developed this confidence. I'd say it impacted my marriage, my communication relationships, even how I taught in the classroom. A lot of the things that I was even learning, I would take them back and implement them with my students or with my clients.
And so there was just so many things that I just would have these little aha moments. So when it became available again, to get certified, to actually coach and facilitate the class, I knew that that was the next step because one, it would stretch me out of my, you know, my comfort zone.
I was kind of comfortable where I was and going through the classes and doing other things. And the Lord has also taken me away from doing the coaching program that I was doing with my sister and to really focus here and to help the women inside of GPA.
And so it kind of allowed me to bring back that passion and transfer those skills. So I was really excited to be able to do that and stretch in that way, but most importantly, just to allow more women. To be able to take the class because this has really become a global movement. And so the fact that it's impacted my life so much, and even like my mom, my sister, so many friends, other, you know, business.
Connections that I've had are women online that I've been able to share with seeing their testimonies and their breakthroughs. I was like, I have to make sure that more people can be able to be a part of this program. And so we need more coaches for that. And so I went through. Their certification, so that that could be possible.
So, yeah, I'm excited. My 1st class will start. And a week. So any of you watching that know Sharon, she can definitely help get you connected to that and be a part of it the speaker Academy is one of our other certification programs that we offer, where we teach women how to build their kingdom at impact message.
We believe your message is meant to be mentorship to others. And so this is to help you refine your craft of speaking, your craft of communication, whether it's through social media, whether it's through in person and at your work or job, or whether it's you want to speak on stage. it really helps you to develop in all those areas.
But we will have like a live. Our first live international speaking summit happening in Los Angeles this summer. So we're really excited about that, but that's just been evolving it in so many ways. And that's what we want. We want more women to be able to. Craft their message and share their voice more with others.
And so that's the purpose behind the program.
Yes. Awesome. I am so looking forward to this Kim 10 live event in LA, it is going to be just, massive. I just know it. I can feel it. So lastly, I think. could you describe the atmosphere inside the GPA community amongst the women and how everything works?
Because you had said no competition in the kingdom. And frankly, you know, that's not, A lot of the way it works with women, a lot of times, but it's so massively different here. So if you could expound on that, I would really appreciate it.
Yeah, for sure. Well, it's funny you say that because literally yesterday I was talking to somebody who had just got started here as a member and she said, you know, I'm excited about, you know, being a part of the courses and getting plugged in and having the mentorship.
But I don't know if I'll really get involved in the community because I've just not had good luck with women and how they've treated me. And I've done things in the church and, you know, basically had, you know, not great situations with that. I said, so funny you say that because even our founder, Michelle Schaefer, she even said like, she has been burned by women.
and I'm sure all of us have our own experience of one point in our life where. Girls, whether it's growing up or women, when you're older, just, we're not very nice. And I think that that is really what sets us apart and is what is so beautiful about it, because even online, right, even in network marketing spaces or coaching spaces.
There typically can be a lot. It feels like there's a lot of competition. Like you're constantly comparing or trying to make sure you can say your offer is this versus that, or that your product is better than this or that. And, you know, I've even heard of companies kind of bashing on the stage. And we just knew that when we were going to start this, that that was not going to be our culture.
And so when now, I think that was what was funny for Michelle, when God's like, this is going to be a woman for me, she's like, what are you serious? it has to come. The most amazing place. Like I, I always felt like I was kind of a chameleon anyway, that. I just could kind of morph into whatever group I was a part of and make myself fit in.
But it wasn't always, I couldn't always be a hundred percent of who I was. I always, I've always felt like I had to leave something out just to, you know, not rock the boat. And so here, I love that we literally can be a hundred percent ourselves. Everyone is accepted. You know, you can be all about Jesus, all about business.
You can be all about your ministry or your job, like whatever it is you're doing, or being a homeschool mom. And so we have women from all ages. I mean, literally from as young as like 18. So I think we actually have a 16 year old all the way up to, we just celebrated a woman's like 77th birthday the other day.
And we really do work together. And that's how GPA functions, all of the courses. This is what's so awesome about it. So typically when you go buy a program, something, right. You're learning from one person, maybe two, and they're the expert in this area.
You have to now go pay somebody else and you go get that skill. Well, I love here that we literally, the way it functions as we collaborate with women all around the world who have different areas of expertise, whether it's along the lines of personal and spiritual development, Or natural living and health and wellness or professional development, leadership speaking, like we kind of mentioned, and they're pouring in their programs here.
They're pouring in their courses. They're coming here to speak. And we're getting access to that. That would normally cost several hundred dollars to several thousand. We get it all here in one place. And it's because it truly is the body of Christ coming together. It makes me think of the acts to church where they all came and started bringing their resources.
Right. So no one was in lack and that is what's happening here inside of the GPA community. It's like everyone is giving and everyone wants to, you know, pray over each other or just make sure that you have your, your group and you know that your voice is valued here. And so they just have done a phenomenal job at developing that culture.
And keeping that thriving and continuing to let other people shine their light. And so, and it's fun cause you're getting to rub shoulders too, with like all these incredible women and learn from each other and yeah, we don't have to worry about, like we said, no competition in the kingdom. So that you'll definitely find it's like a breath of fresh air.
Yes. Thank you so much. I truly love this community. for much of my life, I felt, Always on the outside of things, I just never really felt like I belonged anywhere and I always had trouble making friends. I Never quite was able to develop those deep friendships and here I have developed deep friendship with so many of the women and I haven't even met them.
I talked to them over zoom, or whatever, but I've developed a deep Friendship with them. And that's one of the things that I just absolutely love about this community. So I just really want to thank you for your time and say that I absolutely adore you, Natalie. And is there anything else that you think that it would be important for our viewers to know about Girl Power Alliance?
Yeah. I just think to know that there's a seat at the table for you. And if you've been thriving or seeking in for community and you have been, or you've been wanting kingdom minded mentorship, or you just been looking to get into alignment with other kingdom driven women, this would be such an amazing place for you.
We have an incredible resources, a beautiful group. We do prayer calls on Mondays. Share and can definitely get you access to that. So we'd love to have you here. But there are so many ways to get involved. we're here to help equip you in your calling, help you stand in your authority as a daughter of Christ, and to help you be able to link arms with other women so that you can move forward and pursue your God sized dreams.
And You know, there is no limit to what is possible. We even have a way for women to come and earn an income here. So I'm also one of the founding ambassadors. And so we work with women to help you create an income so that you can fund those dreams that you have. And that's been a huge blessing to even the financial aspect of what we offer to women.
And we have a dream here to not only help women be able to grow a global impact in the kingdom, but also to be able to help more Christian families around the world become debt free. there is a seat for you at the table and we would love for you to come and experience it for yourself. And so definitely get back with Sharon or comment below so we can get you info.
Awesome. Thank you. And speaking of having more Christian households that are debt free, this community just recently opened up for men as well. So there is a men's membership that is available. So for all of you guys out there, I don't want you guys to feel left out.
There's a seat at the table for you too. So again, thank you so very much, Natalie. I really appreciate your time and I'll see you next time. Yeah, sounds good. Thank you. Bye everyone. Thank you. Bye.
